PAGE SPEED & SEO
Built for faster page loads.
Better foundations for SEO.
Site Sync prepares your feed in the background, with optimized images and content ready on your hosting when visitors arrive.
Skip the live feed request.
Your hosting serves the saved posts and images without contacting OwnFeed or Meta to display them. Removing that extra request can help your feed appear sooner.
Give search engines readable content.
The saved feed page includes your selected captions and post links in its initial HTML. A compatible integration can put that content directly into your website's page, too.
That gives visitors and crawlers content to read without waiting for a feed-fetching script.
How does this help PageSpeed Insights and SEO?
Removing live feed requests and serving prepared content can reduce feed-loading delays and support a better Performance score in Google's PageSpeed Insights. PageSpeed Insights uses Lighthouse for lab testing and reports real visitor data when available.
Google recommends server-rendered or pre-rendered content for users and crawlers. Your hosting, theme, other scripts and display choices still affect the result. A higher Performance score is not guaranteed, and that score is separate from Lighthouse's SEO checks. Google uses Core Web Vitals among its ranking signals; good scores alone do not guarantee higher rankings.

Available with a supported Site Sync installation. The first connector serves a saved feed page on Cloudflare. Including its content in an existing page requires a compatible integration.
Visitors should load your website.
They should not have to refresh your feed.
Bring the work forward. Site Sync prepares and delivers your content between visits, so a busy day on your website does not become a busy day of feed requests.
01
Source refresh
OwnFeed checks your authorized Instagram account and keeps the latest complete feed.
Free: weekly · Pro: every 15 minutes02
Website delivery
Site Sync sends an update to your receiver on the schedule you choose.
Free: weekly · Pro: flexible schedules03
Visitor request
Your hosting serves the saved page, images and display files. Visitors do not trigger synchronization.
No OwnFeed or Meta request to render the saved feedTHE COPY BELONGS AT HOME
Built-in caching.
No optimization homework.
The receiver saves your images, HTML and display files, verifies complete updates, and replaces the previous copy together. You configure the connection; the connector handles caching and image preparation.
If an update fails, the last successful copy remains. A temporary OwnFeed or Instagram outage does not stop your hosting from serving that saved copy.

A useful feed with the essentials included.
- 1 Instagram account and 1 feed An Instagram account is the source of your posts. A feed is the reusable collection OwnFeed prepares from that account. Multiple saved displays can share a feed without using another account slot.
- 1 saved display A saved display stores a layout and its settings, such as colours and post count. For example, you can use one design on your homepage and another in your footer. Saving a draft does not change the published version.
- 1 Site Sync destination A Site Sync destination is one connected receiver on supported hosting. OwnFeed delivers posts, images and display files there, so your website can serve the saved copy. The first connector supports Cloudflare; your hosting and its charges are separate.
- Automatic updates weekly The fastest automatic update schedule included in your plan: weekly on Free or every 15 minutes on Pro. OwnFeed checks Instagram, then sends changed content to connected Site Sync websites. Source and delivery settings remain separate; matching schedules deliver after a successful source check. Updates depend on successful checks and delivery.
- Latest 6 posts · 400px images Display up to the latest six posts per feed, using optimized 400-pixel-wide images. Video and Reel posts use thumbnails, and Instagram carousel posts use cover images. This is a current feed, not a permanent archive.
- Grid and compact strip layouts Free includes Clean grid for a gallery and Compact strip for a narrow row of posts. You can preview the other layouts with your own available posts before upgrading to publish them.
- Basic colours and spacing · hide individual posts Change your display colours and the space between posts. You can also hide individual posts from your website without deleting them from Instagram. More advanced display settings can be previewed on Free and published with Pro.
- Small OwnFeed attribution Free displays show a small ‘Instagram feed by OwnFeed’ attribution. Pro removes that attribution from OwnFeed-generated displays, including hosted widgets and newly delivered Site Sync copies.

- Remove OwnFeed branding Free displays show a small ‘Instagram feed by OwnFeed’ attribution. Pro removes that attribution from OwnFeed-generated displays, including hosted widgets and newly delivered Site Sync copies.
- All six layouts and full design controls Pro includes grid, caption cards, compact strip, carousel, masonry and featured-post layouts. Customize columns by screen size, image crop, corners, captions, dates and media types, as well as colours and spacing.
- Pin, reorder and filter posts by keyword or hashtag Pin selected posts first, arrange their order, and include or exclude posts by words or hashtags in their captions. Filters use the posts already available in your feed. Hidden posts stay hidden, and pins do not preserve posts that age out of the source.
- 3 Instagram accounts and 3 feeds An Instagram account is the source of your posts. A feed is the reusable collection OwnFeed prepares from that account. Multiple saved displays can share a feed without using another account slot.
- 12 saved displays A saved display stores a layout and its settings, such as colours and post count. For example, you can use one design on your homepage and another in your footer. Saving a draft does not change the published version.
- 3 Site Sync destinations A Site Sync destination is one connected receiver on supported hosting. OwnFeed delivers posts, images and display files there, so your website can serve the saved copy. The first connector supports Cloudflare; your hosting and its charges are separate.
- Automatic updates every 15 minutes The fastest automatic update schedule included in your plan: weekly on Free or every 15 minutes on Pro. OwnFeed checks Instagram, then sends changed content to connected Site Sync websites. Source and delivery settings remain separate; matching schedules deliver after a successful source check. Updates depend on successful checks and delivery.
- Latest 36 posts · 400px and 700px images Display up to the latest 36 posts per feed, with optimized 400- and 700-pixel-wide images for different display sizes. Video and Reel posts use thumbnails; Instagram carousel posts use cover images. Posts that age out of the source are no longer available.
- Estimated usage and sync email alerts See estimated requests to OwnFeed-hosted feeds and receive email alerts about source sync problems. These estimates do not count visitors to copies served from your own hosting. Basic connection status remains available on Free.
