Common next steps
The website shows older posts.
Check two timestamps: the last successful Instagram source refresh and the last successful website delivery. A recent delivery can still contain an older source if Instagram refresh is failing. The next delivery does not itself refresh Instagram.
Review Instagram accounts first, then Site Sync. A paused delivery intentionally keeps the old website copy.
OwnFeed or Instagram is unavailable.
A previously delivered copy continues to render from your receiver while your hosting is available. New deliveries wait for recovery. Hosted JSON/iframe content uses OwnFeed at visitor time and has different availability dependencies.
My receiver cannot be verified.
Confirm the HTTPS receiver endpoint, connection ID, OwnFeed origin and secret belong to the same connection. The key must live only in the receiver's secret configuration. Check its deployment and required database/storage bindings; never paste the secret into a support message.
Review receiver setup →My layout changes are missing.
Save and publish the display, then wait for a successful scheduled delivery or the permitted delivery action. Draft changes do not alter the published display. Confirm that the destination points to the intended display.
I want synchronization to stop.
Pause website delivery to keep serving its last copy without scheduled updates. Deactivating an Instagram account stops its hosted publication and synchronization while keeping retained data. Disconnect removes its token and starts a provisional seven-day content grace; the explicit immediate-removal option skips that grace.
Removing a saved receiver copy is a separate confirmed action. Check its removal status, especially if the receiver is offline.
I lost my authenticator.
Use one unused recovery code at login. If you have neither your authenticator nor a recovery code, identity recovery needs operator review. There is no automatic bypass that turns off two-factor protection.
I have a privacy or content-removal request.
You do not need an OwnFeed account to submit a request. Use the privacy request form and describe the relevant page or content. Do not send passwords, connection keys or unnecessary sensitive information.
Where can I contact support?
Working support contact details will be published before public launch. Meanwhile, the dashboard and service status page show available configuration and connection information. Privacy concerns can use the dedicated request form.
