SITE SYNC

Your feed gets here
before your visitors do.

Built for faster page loads and search-readable content. Site Sync delivers posts and optimized images to your hosting before visitors arrive.

PAGE SPEED & SEO

Built for faster page loads.
Better foundations for SEO.

Site Sync prepares your feed in the background, with optimized images and content ready on your hosting when visitors arrive.

Skip the live feed request.

Your hosting serves the saved posts and images without contacting OwnFeed or Meta to display them. Removing that extra request can help your feed appear sooner.

Give search engines readable content.

The saved feed page includes your selected captions and post links in its initial HTML. A compatible integration can put that content directly into your website's page, too.

That gives visitors and crawlers content to read without waiting for a feed-fetching script.

How does this help PageSpeed Insights and SEO?

Removing live feed requests and serving prepared content can reduce feed-loading delays and support a better Performance score in Google's PageSpeed Insights. PageSpeed Insights uses Lighthouse for lab testing and reports real visitor data when available.

Google recommends server-rendered or pre-rendered content for users and crawlers. Your hosting, theme, other scripts and display choices still affect the result. A higher Performance score is not guaranteed, and that score is separate from Lighthouse's SEO checks. Google uses Core Web Vitals among its ranking signals; good scores alone do not guarantee higher rankings.

Available with a supported Site Sync installation. The first connector serves a saved feed page on Cloudflare. Including its content in an existing page requires a compatible integration.

When this saved feed renders, its resources come from your receiver. Opening an Instagram post link is a separate visitor action.

Three different moments.
One quieter page load.

Freshness depends on the source refresh, the chosen delivery schedule and successful completion. Site Sync is periodic, not real time.

01

Source refresh

OwnFeed checks your authorized Instagram account and keeps the latest complete feed.

Free: weekly · Pro: every 15 minutes
02

Website delivery

Site Sync sends an update to your receiver on the schedule you choose.

Free: weekly · Pro: flexible schedules
03

Visitor request

Your hosting serves the saved page, images and display files. Visitors do not trigger synchronization.

No OwnFeed or Meta request to render the saved feed

Complete updates.

The receiver verifies the package and its files before publishing. A failed or incomplete delivery keeps the previous good copy.

Content in the HTML.

The receiver's page includes the posts in its initial response. Visitors and crawlers can read that content without waiting for a browser feed fetch.

Including it in an existing page requires a compatible hosting integration. An iframe is a different embedding option; it does not turn that existing page's HTML into a local feed.

Designed once.

Your published display supplies the layout, responsive styles, captions and local controls. You do not need to write cache-refresh or image-optimization logic.

Status with context.

See the last source check, last successful delivery, next scheduled attempt and any action needed. A recent delivery of an older source still shows the source's age.

Site Sync removes OwnFeed and Meta from the saved feed's visitor rendering path. It does not guarantee search rankings, a particular load time, uptime of customer hosting, or support for every website builder.

First connector: Cloudflare.

Install the included receiver with a Worker, D1 state database and private R2 storage in your own account. Keep the connection key in a secret, verify the destination, then choose your delivery schedule.

A website hosted elsewhere needs a compatible route or integration. The first release does not automatically edit a WordPress, Shopify or Squarespace page.
